· This saucepan is hand-forged from solid copper, selected for its exceptional thermal conductivity and precise temperature control. Each piece is individually shaped by skilled metal artisans, resulting in subtle variations in finish that affirm its handmade origin.

· The saucepan features a generous 16cm diameter and a capacity of approximately 1.2 liters, suitable for melting butter, preparing sauces, heating milk or reducing gravies. The copper body is finished with a food-safe tin lining on the interior, providing a non-reactive surface that preserves the purity of delicate sauces and dairy-based preparations.

· A solid walnut handle is securely riveted to the copper body, providing a comfortable, heat-safe grip. The handle is ergonomically shaped with a gentle curve that fits naturally in the hand, and is finished with a food-safe mineral oil and beeswax blend to protect the wood over time.

· The saucepan features a carefully shaped pouring lip on both sides, allowing for drip-free transfer of liquids into serving dishes or storage containers. The wide, flat base ensures even heat distribution and stable placement on stovetops.

· The exterior is left uncoated and will develop a warm, natural patina with use, adding character over time. A protective food-safe wax coating is applied initially, but the pan may also be polished occasionally to restore its bright finish.

· Care instructions: hand-wash with mild soap and warm water, dry immediately with a soft cloth. The wood handle should be conditioned occasionally with food-safe mineral oil. Not intended for dishwasher use.

· Each Vaelthorne™ saucepan arrives in a cream-colored storage box, accompanied by a branded brass polishing cloth for the copper exterior, a small tin of food-safe conditioning oil for the wood handle, and a care guide with simple maintenance instructions.
