Before You Write
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the US takes 3–5 business days, and international shipping varies by destination. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Are your pieces dishwasher safe?
Our stoneware and glass pieces are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is always recommended to preserve the finish. Copper and cast iron pieces should be hand washed and dried immediately to maintain their patina. Each product page includes specific care instructions.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Because every piece is handcrafted, we ask that you inspect your order upon arrival. If anything arrives damaged, we will replace it at no cost — simply email us with a photo.
Do you offer wholesale or corporate gifting?
Yes. We work with retailers, restaurants, and corporate clients on bespoke orders and volume pricing. For wholesale inquiries, press features, or custom gifting programs, please email us with "Wholesale" or "Press" in the subject line.
