· This dough scraper and bench knife is hand-carved from a single piece of sustainably sourced American black walnut, selected for its rich, warm brown tones and distinctive natural grain patterns. The wood is finished with a food-safe mineral oil and beeswax blend, creating a smooth, durable surface that is both beautiful and practical.

· The scraper features a broad, rectangular blade with a slightly rounded front edge, designed for efficiently scraping dough from countertops and work surfaces without scratching. The blade is thin but sturdy, with enough flexibility to conform to surface contours while maintaining rigidity for effective scraping.

· The top edge of the blade is squared and slightly sharpened, functioning as a bench knife for portioning dough into equal pieces. The opposite edge is smooth and straight, ideal for lifting and transferring cut dough to baking sheets.
